New to the Cèrto family? Learn a little more about who we are and what we stand for Our Story We are a local family-owned restaurant and have gathered together a very knowledgeable and experienced team. Inspired by over 30 years in the restaurant industry primarily in Italian restaurants, I have been developing ideas and plans to create my own restaurant that provides excellent food and exceptional service. Finally, I have the opportunity to put my ideas to work here at Cèrto in Miami. We look forward to serving you and adding you to the family. Our Food We serve a combination of classic and modern Italian-inspired food. We are pleased to prepare, right in front of you, both Neapolitan and New York-style pizza as well as other dishes in our wood-burning oven. We also offer a boutique wine list to complement our chef’s creations. At Cérto we are proud to use the best ingredients and we have an option for everyone, from homemade fresh pasta to delicious meats and seafood, to NY-style pizzas (kid’s favorite) & Neapolitan style pizzas (my favorite). All our pizzas are handmade from scratch. Certo serves a blend of classic and modern Italian-inspired cuisine using the best ingredients. Neapolitan and New York Style pizza as well as other mouthwatering dishes such as the wood oven-roasted octopus.
