Continuum is the vision of founder and president, Barth Holohan, MSW, MBA, who developed a passion for helping others when he was a young man working in retirement communities. Recognizing care needs that he felt could be better met, Holohan decided to spend his life career helping others. Holohan founded Continuum in order to better meet the home care needs of the St. Louis and St. Charles communities which Continuum and Holohan serve.
