About Joe Heffernan

Joe joined Premier Commercial Realty in 2012, and now works with commercial property owners, landlords, buyers, and tenants, with a special focus in Lake, McHenry and northern Cook counties. He has been listing and selling real estate since 2002.Successful transactions have included the assembly of sites for the development of a new Senior Living Center in the Route 12 corridor (Lake Zurich), the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial, and investment property throughout Northern Illinois.Prior to real estate, Joe was in the computer and office equipment industry, which included responsibility for independent dealers and large big box retailers.Joe is an active member of the community, serving on different fund raising boards, including several through Lake Zurich High School. He has been a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and was an invited member to the Lake Zurich Industrial Park Work Group to review and present ideas with regards to zoning updates to accommodate the changing Village landscape.Joe attended the University of Dayton. Hobbies include most sports, reading, family and real estate.
