The technician was responsible for his job. He was here too early and did a great job fixing up the problem with my washer that doesn't start. He showed obvious expertise in his craft, he was very polite and personable as well. The quality of his work was good and so satisfying. I had nothing bad things to say. Everything was fixed excellently. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
