At The Little Gym of Saratoga in Malta, NY, we make a point of letting kids act like kids. We also believe in having fun spaces that promote the kind of lessons that get children ready for the adventures that we call life.
We use a three-dimensional approach to learning by first offering unparalleled programs that involve healthy active play, to develop balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Your children will engage in age-appropriate gymnastic and physical development skills with instructors that have been trained in our program methods.
We complement the physical training with by nurturing, concentration, listening skills and decision-making that extend the everyday school experience and benefit your child even before they reach school age and provide life benefits well beyond the gym experience.
Lastly, we promote cooperation and encourage teamwork and sharing. We offer kids a chance to develop leadership skills and a positive self-image in a safe inspiring space by directing their energy in a productive way while at the same time having a fun experience friends and peers.
The Little Gym of Saratoga offers Parent/Child interaction classes to build a healthy strong foundation physically and mentally during those first three years of learning.
In addition to our Pre-school and school-age child gymnastics classes, The Little Gym of Saratoga offers a party venue that Parent's Magzine has called the "Best Gym Party". Our "Awesome Birthday Bash" gives your birthday boy or girl and their buddies the full run of the gym facility, to join in instructor-led games with music and super fun using LEGO® Juniors or LEGO DUPLO® building blocks. And Parents there is no hassle with cleanup or setup so it is totally cool for you too!
